Returns
For eligible online orders, you can tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Items may be tried on to assess fit, but should not be worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. Please contact hello@styledonyou.co.uk before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, contact us and we will arrange the appropriate remedy. We will not require you to bear a return cost where the law places that cost on us.
Where required by UK consumer law, standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
