UK delivery
Styled On You currently delivers within the United Kingdom.
Orders are sent using:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £5.99 per order
Made-to-order production
Styled On You operates on a made-to-order model.
This means your garment may be produced, embroidered, printed or otherwise finished after your order has been placed rather than being taken from pre-produced stock.
Production therefore takes place before your parcel is dispatched.
Dispatch and tracking
Once production is complete and your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the contact details provided with your order.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 refers to the delivery service used after dispatch. It does not include the production period before dispatch.
Delivery estimates
Any production, dispatch or delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless we specifically state that a date is guaranteed.
Delays can occasionally occur because of production, courier disruption, severe weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant problem with your order, please contact us.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@styledonyou.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or fulfilment has begun.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If tracking indicates a problem, your parcel has not arrived, or it has arrived damaged, email hello@styledonyou.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate.
