Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you visit styledonyou.co.uk, purchase from Styled On You or otherwise use our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About our products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device being used. Small variations may also occur between garments and production runs.
Made to order
Styled On You operates on a made-to-order model.
This means products may be produced, embroidered, printed or otherwise finished after you place your order instead of being taken from pre-produced stock.
This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the goods shown in your basket.
We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
- a product cannot be supplied
- there has been an obvious pricing or listing error
- payment cannot be authorised
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due will be refunded.
Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices include applicable taxes where required unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.
Payment
Payment is required at checkout using one of the payment methods made available by Shopify.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a delivery charge of £5.99.
Because products are made to order, production or finishing time takes place before dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 relates to the delivery stage after dispatch and does not include the production period.
Any production, dispatch or delivery dates shown are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns and cancellations
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Faulty or misdescribed products
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose as required by applicable UK consumer law.

Website content
Styled On You branding, photographs, designs, graphics, written material and other original website content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission except where permitted by law.
Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
We cannot guarantee that every colour, size or style will remain available indefinitely.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The terms in force when you place your order will normally apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory consumer protections applicable where they live.
