These terms apply when you use the Styled On You website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens. Product availability may change, and we may cancel or refuse an order if a product cannot be supplied. If we have already taken payment for an order we cannot supply, the amount due will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The delivery charge is £5.99. Some items may require production before dispatch, so delivery timings are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Returns and cancellations
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Website use
Content on this website, including Styled On You branding, photography, graphics and written material, may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where the law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, subject always to your statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
